Deputies responding to shots fired found two men and two women deceased at a homeless encampment at the end of a private road near Autryville.   Authorities are describing it as a murder-suicide.  Eric Pope told WRAL-TV that an initial review of the crime scene indicated someone killed three people before killing themselves.  Suspect Dwane Paul Miller, allegedly shot the three victims and then turned the gun on himself.  Three of the bodies were found outside a tent, but police did not specify where the fourth was found.  Autryville is about 55 miles south of Raleigh.

The owner of the land said the people involved were a brother and sister.  The other two are the boyfriend and girlfriend of the brother and sister.
