Darrell Drake pleaded guilty to aggravated battery of a homeless man during an altercation in May.  Court records show that the homeless man was kicked out of the restaurant where Darrell Drake worked and threw a drink at him.  Security video footage shows Drake hitting the man with a broom until it broke. Drake allegedly told police he ran after the man and “poked” him in the leg twice with his knife.
