Police officers with the Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) responded to complaints of the use of narcotics at a well-known homeless encampment at Dorchester Park on Sunday morning.  A dozen people were taken away due to active warrants on a multitude of charges, one for bank robbery.  In all police served 35 misdemeanor warrants and two felony warrants in the sweep.
