Another man went on trial for the killing of a homeless man near a homeless encampment over a fire.
Gabriel Clark was found guilty of first-degree murder in the fatal stabbing of Jose Delgado-Diaz on Oct. 10, 2022, according to court records. Gregory Lee, the second man accused in Delgado Diaz’s death, was found not guilty on the charge of first-degree murder in a separate trial back in August. Clark was sentenced to life in prison.
