Police have arrested a man accused of fatally shooting two innocent men at a bus stop in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale.

Police say 26-year-old Dominic Celaya shot 69-year-old Richard Hodakievic and 24-year-old Jaquey James multiple times after an argument with his girlfriend.  Investigators say there is no indication that the suspect knew either victim.  Celaya was booked into jail on two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of unlawful discharge of a firearm.
