Police say 35-year-old Isaac Straus walked into The Estate Watch Jewelry Company store in Scottsdale and asked to look at a watch costing nearly $300k. Straus then ran out of the store with the watch but was later detained by employees until police officers arrived. Straus was charged with felony theft.
