An investigation by the Nashua Police of gunshots fired at a woman near a new city-sanctioned campground has led to the arrest of 31-year-old John Smith Jr.  Smith was charged with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and multiple other felonies, and is set at 1 p.m. on Friday.  The woman and others at the campsite say people living nearby have been hostile and cold to them, making them fear for their safety.   The site was set up earlier this week to provide homeless people living off the railroad a place to stay while crews perform maintenance.  After hearing the gunshots, some at the camp are ready to leave, saying they do not feel safe there.
