Fritz Marseille is well known in NYC’s East Village between East 3rd and East 5th streets along Second Avenue. He has been trolling women in the community for years. Marseille spent time in jail last year for allegedly groping two women. His latest victim, Kenley Stevenson, says Marseille jumped into a Lyft she was waiting in telling her “I’m going to have babies with you!”. Stevenson filed a police report having surveillance video as evidence, but cops say there was nothing they could do.
