According to Portland Police, 37-year-old Noah Charles Smith was sentenced to 59 years for a shooting at a homeless encampment at Southwest Barbur Boulevard and Southwest Capitol Highway.  The shooting took place on March 7th, 2021, and resulted in the death of Kimberly Lambright and left Christopher Barrett paralyzed.  After a week-long trial, Smith was found guilty on multiple felony charges.
