76-year-old San Diego Luther James Burden was arrested on suspicion of committing a lewd act in front of an underage teen girl. Police say Burden exposed himself and masturbated in front of the teen and others at her workplace. He was later found by police and arrested for violating his parole, indecent exposure, and annoying or molesting a minor.
