A San Francisco city employee of the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing’s Permanent Supportive Housing was stabbed multiple times at the Windsor Hotel on Eddy Street.  The Windsor is a SRO hotel, which provides permanent supportive housing.  Suspect Oscar Chatman was arrested and charged with attempted murder, vandalism, and burglary.  The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
