A 39-year-old man shot close to a homeless encampment in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle has passed away from his injuries. The victim was pronounced dead Monday at Harborview Medical Center. The encampment located near 25th Avenue South and South McClellan Street has been a major concern for residents due to the heavy amounts of crime associated with it.
