Ukrainian immigrant Bogdan Nalivaik was scammed for nearly $800,000 in just a matter of days. Scammers told Nalivaik he won 17 million dollars but needed to secure the tax debt. Thats when Nalivaik transferring fuunds from his Chase and Bank of America accounts.
