Police arrested 39-year-old Kelly Lane Albiani after he hit two people with a pickup truck at a homeless camp.  Albiani was booked into the Elko County Jail and charged with multiple felonies with a bail of $30,000.  Albiani is no stranger to trouble as he has had multiple run-ins with the law.
