Authorities say 26-year-old Keith Maurice Isabell Jr., the owner of a towing company, kidnapped and assaulted a homeless man over a missing tow truck. Isabell is facing charges of first-degree kidnapping, first-degree assault and fourth-degree assault in connection with the incident. He is currently held in the St. Louis City Justice Center without the possibility of bond.
