Denver and Black Hawk Police have arrested 31-year-old Tanner Fielder and charged him with two counts of investigation of murder in the first degree in connection with the deaths of Lluvia Robles-Banuelos and Jeremy Hutcheson along the South Platte River Trail.  Evidence left behind at the crime scenes led to Fielder being the suspect.  According to Fielder’s mother, he has suffered from mental illness in the past which led to her filing a protection order against him. Police said both victims appeared to have been homeless.
