NYPD is on the lookout for a man who stopped a mugging of a woman at the Times Square subway station. Police say a man stopped the robbery by firing two shots at the mugger. Police arrested 49-year-old Matthew Roeschmand and charged him with attempted robbery. His home address is listed as homeless.
