52-year-old Kevin Brue was sentenced to probation on Thursday, Oct. 5 for attacking a group of homeless people with an ax. According to police Brue didn’t hit anyone with the ax but threatened to kill a woman and swung the ax at her twice. The altercation was over an amount of $40 Brue said was owed to him.
