39 year-old Talia Lomiga was found dead Saturday night inside of a tent on the Flamingo Arroyo Trail. According to police Lomiga was involved in an argument with the suspect and was later shot. Suspect Sean Harrison, 38, was arrested and charged with open murder with a deadly weapon.
