Mile High City

A homeless encampment at 23rd Street and Champa Street in downtown Denver has been the source of a lot of complaints concerning the illegal selling of alcohol, prostitution, and other illegal and illicit behavior.  Located nearby is Step Denver, a residential recovery program that helps men take the first step toward recovery, says they are highly concerned about how something like that can have an effect on its clients.
