A San Francisco homeless man has a neighborhood on full alert. 46-year-old Joseph Adam Moore lives in an encampment across the street from Stella Maris Academy K-8 Catholic school. His signs of “free Fentanyl and Meth” should be enough to scare anyone, but it’s his status as a convicted sex offender that is creeping everyone out. Moore says he is innocent of all the charges from his past, but no one is buying it. He has drawn the attention of law enforcement, as they seem to be in contact with him much more than most homeless people camping on the street.
