The homeless encampment that was swept off the front lawn of City Hall seems to have relocated next door at the former St. Louis City Municipal Court building. Advocates for the homeless were seen passing out tents and said the city is not doing enough to help those experiencing homelessness in the city. How will the Mayor’s office respond to this?
