A homeless encampment near an apartment complex for seniors and those living with disabilities might be in violation of The Americans With Disabilities Act. That is the concern of residents living at the Argyle Castle, located across the street from the encampment. Many are saying the elderly and disabled can’t walk down the street. Parts of the encampment have been cleared in the past, but always return.
