The city of Nashua is going forward with plans to move homeless people who are camping along the railroad to a city-owned vacant lot. The move is said to be temporary while the railroad owners perform repairs. The lot will have washing stations and restrooms. If the homeless population accepts, they’ll start moving in sometime next week.
