Residents in a South East Portland neighborhood are at their wit’s end when it comes to a group of homeless people that have decided to park their vehicles on the street and live out of them. Since then there have been multiple fires, theft of electricity and water, and vehicles dumped on personal property. They have called the fire department and police many times, only to be told there’s almost nothing that can be done.
