Sacramento County DA Thien Ho has now set his sites on Camp Resolution.  Camp Resolution is a self-governing campsite sitting on a property owned by the city and run by the homeless and nonprofit Safe Ground Sacramento, Inc.   This is not Camp Resolution’s first rodeo.  They’ve been fighting the city since their origin.

Thien Ho says the site’s grounds are contaminated with toxic chemicals and residents must vacate immediately for their own safety.  In the past, the lot was used as a vehicle maintenance yard.  After an evaluation from the water board, they say petroleum from underground gas tanks seeped into the soil, polluting the air around it.
