Third Time’s A Charm

Mayor Mike Johnston’s administration is a little more than 700 away from hitting his goal of housing 1000 homeless people by the end of the year.  He has had a few setbacks due to communities pushing back on some of his proposed micro-communities.  Today Johnston is one step closer with the groundbreaking of a new site downtown at 1375 Elati St.

The site sits a few blocks from the Denver Art Museum and Civic Center Park and is expected to house 44 units.
