One of L.A.’s most ambitious homeless housing projects is becoming closer to reality. The 17-story Weingart Tower will offer 298 new apartments to those exiting homelessness. Wrap-around services will also be provided on-site. The high-rise is one of several permanent housing developments for the homeless currently in development.
