The former Ho-Hum Motel on Williston Road has been completely remodeled into 20 affordable apartment units that will be available to homeless people wanting to get off the street. The new site is now called Braeburn Apartments. Residents will pay 30% of their income toward rent, and the Burlington Housing Authority will cover the remainder. Leases should be signed by the end of September.
