A North Portland location will be the site of the city’s next sanctioned homeless campsite. The new site will be located at 10505 N. Portland Road and will house up to 200 people with a mixture of space for RVs, camper vans, tents, and tiny homes. Urban Alchemy will manage the property, which also manages several other campsites.
