Deadline or Fine

The City of Burien has asked a church to apply for the proper permits for its homeless encampment or face a lawsuit from the city.

The Oasis Home Church has been running a homeless encampment called Sunnydale Village out of its parking lot since November 6th.  City officials have asked the church to file the correct paperwork that would make the camp legal.
