An Oklahoma City business that has heavy traffic from the homeless population is being ticketed by the city for trash being left in the alley. While the trash does not belong to them, the city says the business owner is responsible for any trash being left on their property.

This comes after years of multiple businesses complaining to city officials about the build-up of trash being left on their property, only to be ignored. No one ever thought the city would turn around and blame them.
