One Last Stand

Starting next week, the enforcement of the camping ban will go into full effect.  A group of homeless people represented by the Oregon Law Center are making a last-ditch effort to get a temporary restraining order on the camping ban in Portland.  Their motion stands on a class action lawsuit that claims the city’s camping ban violates Oregon law and the state constitution.
