As an act of civil disobedience, Independence Institute CEO Jon Caldara says he is fed up with homeless pooping on his property and has started collecting it to leave on the steps of Denver city hall. “This is a present from the homeless to the people who have kept this homeless problem going,” said Caldara. He vows to continue in his efforts and encourages others to do the same.
