A small group of dedicated churches in North Orange County are piloting a new program that helps get families out of homelessness. The “Michael Clements Mini Loan Program” plans to offer low-interest loans to 20 to 30 families in North Orange County. The loans will be handled by the Notre Dame Federal Credit Union.
