Some businesses in New Orleans are considering closing their doors as crime associated with homelessness goes unpunished, and it’s costing them a lot of money. Calls to police and city officials have fallen on deaf ears, as businesses have to deal with violence, prostitution, drugs, and the smell of urine and feces among other things.
