The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 172 slept in cardboard boxes this past Saturday to create awareness around the issue of homeless vets sleeping on their streets. A lot of homeless vets use the skills of stealth learned in the military when homeless. So the public are not aware that there so many of them out there.
